Asian open bill
This is a smallest stork in the region, voice is a mournful hoo, very noisy while flying in flocks, breeding adult has white plumage lightly washed with smoky grey, glistering purple greenish black on wings and tail. This bird is mainly found in rice fields, rivers, lakes and fresh water areas
