Zebra dove
The zebra dove is a small dove with a long tail. It is also known as the barred dove. This bird has a very soft call, it is very colorful in light color, it is mainly seen in south east asia. The wings are brown in color, which also has black stripes, these stripes go right upto the neck. The eyes are black but the surrounding of the eye has a white patch. The beek is a mixture of pale orange and light black, it has also a shade of brown at the crown. In Indonesia this bird is known as perkutkut, in Malaysia it is called merbuk. It is mainly found in lowland areas and parks.
