grey headed fish eagle

On my recent trip to assam at kaziranga at the eastern zone which you can spot many birds. The first bird of prey I saw was the grey headed fish eagle. This eagle is a very common fish eagle in assam. Striking bird with small head and long grey beek. Upper parts brownish grey and white underparts. Rounded tail, sandy yellow eyes, long black tallons, short legs and tail with broad black terminal band. Female is larger and heavier than male. This eagle is mainly in east Delhi to Assam nearby rivers.
